We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be securely uploaded to the Company's servers operated by Dharmais Cancer Hospital for the purpose of providing attendance verification and application functionality.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Our Application may use facial recognition technology for employee attendance verification.
The Application does not use Apple's Face ID or other system-level biometric authentication features. The facial recognition process is performed solely within the application's attendance verification system.
Collection of Facial Data
When using the attendance verification feature, the Application may capture a facial image using the Device's camera. This facial image is used to verify the identity of the employee during attendance check-in and check-out.
Purpose of Facial Data Processing
The facial data is processed solely for identity verification to ensure that attendance records are accurate and submitted only by the authorized employee.
Data Storage
Facial data collected through the Application is transmitted securely and stored on the private servers managed by Dharmais Cancer Hospital. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect the data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Sharing
The Application does not sell, rent, or share facial data with third parties. Facial data is used exclusively for internal attendance management within Dharmais Cancer Hospital.
Data Retention
Facial data used for attendance verification is retained for a limited period of time necessary to support attendance validation and internal administrative records.
Facial data captured during attendance verification is securely stored for a maximum period of 90 days. This retention period is required to allow the organization to verify attendance records, resolve potential disputes, and perform internal administrative audits.
After this retention period expires, the facial data is automatically and permanently deleted from the system. If an employee is removed from the system, their associated facial data will also be deleted.
User Consent
By using the Application and enabling camera access, users acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of facial data for attendance verification purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
